What are your business hours?
We're available Monday to Saturday, 9am–5pm (Saturday until 1pm). Outside of these hours, we offer a 24/7 emergency line for guests already staying with us - ust call 07878 025 358.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. Please note we're unable to accept American Express. Payment is taken securely through our online booking system.
Could you provide details about the refund policy?
We understand plans can change. If you cancel more than 30 days before your stay, you'll receive a 50% refund — provided this is within 180 days of booking. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. We recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind.
